ALL TICKETS PURCHASED WITH US FOR PERFORMANCES WHICH DO NOT GO AHEAD BECAUSE OF CORONAVIRUS RELATED RESTRICTIONS WILL BE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND OR A FULL CREDIT NOTE. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED IF YOUR PERFORMANCE IS AFFECTED.
We are automatically giving all bookings a full credit note, including all fees. All unredeemed gift packages will be valid for 12 months from performances restarting. As soon as we are able to put the show back on sale with certainty you will be given priority access to newly available dates - this will ensure that you can book the seats you want. If you wish for your tickets or gift package to be refunded please contact [email protected].
Please be aware there is not a cloakroom on site. No luggage can be stored in the building for security reasons - please do not bring luggage to the theatre. Audience members will need to keep all belongings with them, and store them under their seat if necessary. For this reason, bags that do not fit comfortably under a single seat will not be permitted. All bags will be subject to searches by security.
For large bags, you may wish to use the Stasher.com bag-drop facility at the adjacent Premier Inn. They charge a minimum of £6, but you will need to book online as they don’t take payment on site. Please leave plenty of time to drop off your luggage, or you may miss part of the show.
Latecomers may not be admitted.
It may not always be possible to readmit patrons who leave the auditorium.
The production is suitable for children aged 10 and above. We advise parental guidance.
We do not allow any babes in arms and children under the age of 2 will not be permitted as it may cause disruption to the actors and other audience members. All children need their own ticket.

We have partnered with a fantastic range of suppliers to serve a selection of award-winning ice cream, speciality gin, spirits, wine, prosecco and soft drinks. Independent and family owned Tarquin’s Gin was the Gold medal winner at the World Spirits Competition 2016 and is perfectly complimented by Peter Spanton’s finest mixers, especially in one of our ‘Character Cocktails’.
Our ice-creams are from Marshfield Farm near Bath, a family owned farm who use organic milk from their own cows to make yummy ice cream.
