There are a limited number of VIP Jury seats available per performance. As well as being sat right in the heart of the action, this thriller of an experience includes a souvenir programme, a notebook to record all of your deliberations, and two drinks (glass of prosecco, beer, house wine or soft drink) or ice creams to be redeemed pre-show or at the interval.

As a member of the Jury, it is imperative you shut out from your minds everything except what will take place during the trial. We thank you in advance for your service.

The courtroom stalls are the closest seats to the stage area, set within the council chamber’s floor. Arranged in the chamber’s oak-panelled well, these seats are set on the same level as the actors, surrounding the witness box and the judge’s bench.

These seats provide an intimate, immersive experience to watch the action unfold.

The gallery seats at Witness for the Prosecution are located on the upper level of the former council chamber at County Hall. They provide an elevated, panoramic view of the courtroom set.

While further from the stage than the stalls, these seats enhance the immersive atmosphere, making you feel as though you’re observing the trial from the public gallery in a real court.
